Website is amazing and I don't know what I would do without, you've really done a great job and the layout and everything is top notch. 💯
However I would suggest modifying the 15 minutes before reviewing rule so the counter references a users first download only. Many times I am downloading an update and notice I have not rated the add-on, however I cannot add a rating as the update I am downloading is triggering the counter.

I agree with that. i download something, then i get side tracked, and forget to rate it, which is important to the person on the other end, after all the hard work they have put into something.
