Download speed is super slow tonight

on my 350MB to 450MB connection, I'm getting 15K download speed. I've had multiple reports of this from users as well trying to download my files. Funny thing is, upload is fine.

Most likely because there are a lot of others online right now as its the weekend so the server is probably under heavy load

I had NEVER seen it that slow before. Something was up. It's fine now. It was literally 12KB, I felt like I was back on my 1200Baud Modem
