Hello!
I am really interested in creating Liveries and other things such as Aircraft. But I have no idea where to start! Do I need really expensive software that you can't run on a medium PC? Or is it really easy? I would love to start creating add-ons and Liveries to give to the community. Any help on where to start or even some tips, Please comment below! Thanks.

Decent link, if you know how to paint. I'm guessing the OP hasn't painted before. Ross, if this is your first attempt, don't do it for this game. I've been painting since FS-95, as well as this game and DCS and P3D. GIMP is freeware for making liveries, but most people use Photoshop. Either one will suffice. A medium PC will do just fine for painting.

I always used GIMP when painting AI aircraft "back in the day" at ProjectAI - couldn't afford Photoshop hence GIMP!
It has a "learning curve", but once you've mastered it, it isn't any more difficult than most other apps out there, and it does have a fairly comprehensive manual (plus introductory videos)

Malheureusement, contrairement à l'écrit, je ne connais aucun outil permettant de convertir l'anglais en français
