MSFS 2020 1.16.2.0 update broke the mods and now the game just crashes

I have exactly the same problem

I intend to do what I've done before (with success following a string of broken downloads each time) and that is to run a decent VPN into a local server before I start the download.

I don't know what it does, but it sure cured my broken downloads woes.

It's linked to your X-box live account, you need to reset this way :

go to :

c:\users\your username\Appdata\local\packages\microsoft.xboxidentityprovider_....\AC\tokenbroker\

delete folders "account" and "cache"

reboot your computer

Launch msfs

Find it in msfs forum, it works great
