Hi, I am amazed at the work that people put in to making liveries/cockpit texture changes etc that I would like to have a go myself but I haven't a clue where to start. I know about GIMP but I'm sure that's not the end of it. A pointer in the right direction as to programs/tutorials etc would be great. Cheers! CaptC
Where to begin?

There are a truckload of MSFS tutorials of all types on YouTube, including, for instance, a whole set of 32 on how to develop scenery from the SDK. Then there is the Guides, Tips and Tricks section of this forum. And if all else fails, head for http://www.flightsimulator.com, where you'll find a lot of people in the same boat as yourself!
