Have down loaded but throttle not working. Using Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick with throttle slider. works fine with aircraft.
Any suggestions?

lagging only aircraft that does it makes it very hard to fly any fix

I may be wrong, but I suspect that it is reflecting the real responsiveness of helicopters to control inputs. That's one of the aspects that make them harder, no, different, from conventional winged aircraft to fly.

Having same issue. I have tried assigning different buttons and nothing works. Very frustrating. I'm going to continue to seek a solution.

HAVE YOU READ THE PDF FILE INSIDE THE ZIP?
And if you HAVE, have you reported your findings to the development team? They are the best people to help you if the manual doesn't.
