MB339 repaint request

I really don't understand why we have a "wishes and Request" forum. We have a "Requests" tab on the blue strip to the left of this forum, down a bit, and if you have any expectations of having a request fulfilled, this is the only place to log it. Developers go there when they are looking for a new challenge, and you might just snag one. Not in this forum, though - many of them don't even visit this!

Some of us do what? Understand why we have an effective "dead end" request forum? That's just callous. Or do you believe that we have enough requests for mods already, and should allow these ones to just fail and be forgotten because they are lodged in a totally inappropriate place.

Or are you offering to convert these requests into real requests in the appropriate place?

Because if we just ignore these requests and let people think that they can lodge a genuine mod request in this forum, it'll lead to a couple of things:

• People who never see any reaction to their mod request will assume that we don't care, or are quite rude for not doing something (anything) about their requests
• People will come to the conclusion that our request process doesn't work

In either case, we disenfranchise that part of our following that doesn't understand the processes we use, and potentially drive them away. Not good for the hobby, and not good for us!

Your opinion and point is moot. Note that not everyone understands the site layout. He asked for a paint, nothing wrong with it. If you are going to post just to post, just stop. If you can do better, create your own site.

And just like that, I'm going to paint 3 of his requests.

Will you pick up all the other requests that land in that thread as well? Because odds are that no one else will.

No problem. I just started on the F-15 Aggressors paint, so when I'm done with that one, I'll do those 3. It will be about a month before I might get to them.
