Tokyo Heliport (WIP)

Good news everyone!
I am working on Tokyo Heliport scenery for MSFS. IRL this heliport serves Tokyo Police and FD as well as executive aviation. It has the ICAO code RJSI, but this was taken by another airport on the sim, so I decided to go for RJSP as a fictional.
I am trying to make the ground as realistic as possible. Now I am researching on how to make the helipads more realistic.
Sadly it won´t have custom building as I have 0 experience modelling. So will use defaults.
If anyone has any advice or is willing to help, let me know!
