A fix for modelLib.BGL problems exists right here

    I looked around and found a fix for modelLib.BGL errors right here on Flightsim.to ---- Imagine that! And it cures my CTD issues. A fine person wrote a utility and it is in Toolkits and is named ModelLibChanger
