I honestly don't know how you would assign the liveries that you've downloaded to the models that are used for AI. AFAIK, AI models are a lot less complex than "flyable" ones, and would have their own livery sets. HOWEVER, I understand that there is a way to use Vatsim liveries with MSFS 2020, although I haven't checked it out yet.
There was also an A320 for AI livery pack put up a couple of days ago - https://flightsim.to/file/20816/generic-a320-traffic which may be worth looking at.

Sorry for any misunderstanding, what I meant was, whenever I download a livery for the FBW it appears as Ai in the airports, this can cause some stuttering or frames drop, is there a way so that the FBW liveries or any liveries I download for airliners don't show up in AI, only the default?
If a livery is designed for a particular model, it will show it. Liveries don't show up on models that they aren't compatible with AFAIK. And the liveries generally aren't complex enough to actually cause the sim to start stuttering - which is a function of the complexity of the addons, The default AI airplanes are special models, built with much lower poly counts (technical term, which describes the structure of all those nice curved surfaces in terms of polygons) and multiple LODs (Levels of Detail - which is another technical term that describes the plane as using less complex models (even lower poly counts) the further away from you it is).
So, you need to make sure that your AI is using default Asobo AI planes, and that the textures are made for those models, otherwise you will run into multiple problems.
