Like the title says, im trying to make a working clock for msfs2020, but im not good at xml. I saw a thread on FSDevelopers, with someone who made it and shared the xml. But i dont know how the animation have to be inside blender.
I Hope anyone can help 
(If i find how to do it, i will make a tutorial for other people to make a working clock)

fsdeveloper has some of the sharpest utility developers out there, and if they have aver worked in that area, I'm sure that they could/would help you.
You might ask one of the aircraft developers - they must do it quite frequently - Jonx has a series of videos describing the development of an airplane for MSFS 2020, which I'm told is excellent, but I haven't audited it myself. Here it is:
